Cancellation Policy

Cancellation / No Show Policy:

At Milani MedSpa, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. No-shows will also incur a $50 fee. We understand that emergencies happen, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate you when possible. Your understanding helps us provide the best care and service to all of our clients.

Late Arrival Policy:

At Milani MedSpa, we value your time and the time of our providers. We do have a 5-10 minute grace period depending on the service scheduled. Though, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment for another day to avoid impacting other clients’ care. In these cases, a $50 fee will be applied if no deposit or paid treatment was on file for that appointment. This policy ensures we can continue to provide prompt and high-quality service to everyone we serve.
