Mahtab Mollajafar is a board-certified physician assistant and an aesthetic injector at Milani Medspa. She studied global health with a minor in psychology at George Mason University and went on to get her masters in physician assistant studies at Shenandoah University in 2019.

Her passion is helping her clients at Milani Medspa reach their cosmetic goals by devising customized plans consisting of neuromodulators, fillers or laser treatments.  Her favorite procedure of all time is lip fillers!  Mahtab also splits her time at the adjuncting Virginia Family Medicine to deliver primary care to her patients. 

Working in family medicine allows her to emphasize the importance of disease prevention and empower her patients with the tools and knowledge to live a healthy lifestyle.  When she’s not working, she’s spending time with her corgi, playing tourist in DC on the weekends or exploring the endless food options the DMV has to offer.
